This wine is made 100% with the unique and indigenous Prieto Picudo variety and has an aging of 12 months in new French oak barrels (75% Allier and 25% Nevers). It stands out for its complexity, length, power and for its mature tannins that make each bottle unforgettable.
It pairs very well with roasts, meat stews and grilled red meats, but also with a pleasant after-dinner conversation.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 16°C and 18°C.
