Red Wine Tagonius Roble, created from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Tempranillo grapes. This wine is produced by Bodegas Tagonius, founded in 2000 by the powerful Foxá Business Group, with the objective of diversifying businesses and delving into the world of gastronomy. The winery is located within the Arganda del Rey subzone, holding the Vinos de Madrid Denomination of Origin. Regarding aging, the Red Wine Tagonius Roble is aged in oak barrels (French and American) for 7 months, with the aim of achieving a balance between fruit and wood. Later, it undergoes another 12 months of bottle aging before being released to market.
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 17ºC.
