THE VINEYARD Located on the eastern slope, the grapes come from old vines 80 years of age, the soils are clay and limestone. Viticulture is strictly organic. THE WINERY The wine has been aged for ten to fourteen months in new oak barrels of different volumes, and stored for twelve months in bottle to round out the wine.
