Valbusenda Cepas Viejas Red Wine is a red wine with Toro Designation of Origin made with 100% Tinta de Toro grape variety from 60-year-old vineyards established on sandy soils with alluvial pebbles. Valbusenda Cepas Viejas undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation at 28°C in contact with its skins in French oak Barrel-Box with a capacity of 12,000 liters. Malolactic fermentation in new 225-liter French oak Bordeaux barrels for 6 months. Aged for 20 months in new 100% French oak barrels with medium toast from different cooperages.
Optimal serving temperature: 16°C – 18°C
Alcoholic strength: 15%.
