With 4 months of aging in oak barrels. Best red wine matured in barrels D.O. Utiel-Requena 2016. VARIETIES Made with Bobal and Merlot from the Alfaro and El Bolero estate, selected parcels of old bush vines over 60 years old and trellised. WINEMAKING This wine is the result of blending the independent vinification of each varietal. It undergoes malolactic fermentation in Central European oak barrels, where it remains for three months to provide roundness without masking the fruity sensation.
