The Barbazul White Wine is part of the Vinos de la Tierra de Cádiz. The Huerta de Albalá winery is located between the Sierra de Grazalema and the Bornos Reservoir, which provide a special microclimate that allows maintaining acidity in the grapes and thus a slow maturation. This wine is made with 100% Chardonnay grape variety.
It is recommended to serve between 7°C and 9°C.
