This wine has been made in stainless steel “ganymede” tanks for 10 days, then transferred to new oak barrels to carry out malolactic fermentation and aging in the same barrels for one year, with racking every 4 months. It completes its aging in bottle racks for a minimum of 12 months before commercialization.
