This wine is a tribute to the mother of the Herrero Vedel brothers, the current owners of the winery. Pour Janine Vedel clearly expresses the character of the Segovian Sauvignon Blanc vineyard, a variety that has adapted perfectly to the severe climate of the area. 60% of the grapes come from a 15-year-old trellised vineyard, while the other 40% comes from vines over 40 years old. Production: Strict selection of the best fruits, pre-fermentation maceration, traditional elaboration with temperature control and fermentation on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
