Carmelo Rodero Crianza

Carmelo Rodero Red Wine Crianza. Tinta del País (Tempranillo) 90% Cabernet Sauvignon 10%. From estate vineyards over 15 years old. Traditional winemaking with the most modern temperature control techniques in fermentation and maceration.

Aged in French and American oak for a minimum of 15 months with racking every 3 months. Minimum 12 months bottle aging before release. As expected, here is an excellent wine, imposing in its youth, elegant in its maturity. Deep ruby color, maintaining excellent cherry notes wrapped in rosy nuances, in a perfectly clean and bright medium. Its still varietal aromas are the first to present themselves, well accompanied by a gentle roasted character perfectly conjugated with its final touch of licorice, even more refined. Structured and fleshy with an excellent bouquet that maintains retronasal presence after filling our mouth with intense flavor, a perfectly balanced wine, long and generous in taste sensations.

Serving temperature between 14-16°C.
