The Red Wine Finca Resalso is made with 100% Tinto fino and belongs to the D.O. Ribera del Duero. The name of this wine, finca resalso, comes from a historic vineyard that was planted in 1933, the year Emilio Moro was born. The characteristics of this harvest were abundant winter rains that allowed the vines to withstand a drier cycle than expected. This, combined with the warm temperatures of September and October, achieved the optimal ripening state of each plot. The red wine Finca Resalso ages for 4 months in 100% French oak barrels.
Serve this wine at a temperature between 16º and 18º.
