The white wine Valdesil Godello made with 100% Godello grape that belongs to the D.O. Valdeorras.
The harvest is carried out manually, with subsequent skin maceration. Static settling and fermentation using indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation is not performed. Clarification with mineral-based agents. Cold stabilization and light filtration through diatomaceous earth. This wine undergoes lees aging which achieves a white wine with power, personality and long bottle life. Natural cork with vintage marking. Serve this wine at a temperature between 9º and 11º. Well preserved, it will evolve favorably during the next 5 years.
