Name: WHITE WINE COLLEITA DE MARTIS Designation of Origin: Rías Baixas Variety: 100% Albariño Winery: Bodega Santiago Roma Tasting Notes: • Appearance: Bright straw color. • Nose: Balsamic aromas of bay leaf with hints of dried eucalyptus leaf and ripe apple. • Palate: On the palate it manifests full of freshly cut grass, lemon with a measured and pleasant bitter background that gives it life and makes it appealing to accompany soupy lobster rice dishes, grilled vegetables and fish without forgetting white meats. Bottle: 0.75 L. Production: Wine respectful of the winery’s quality parameters, with a more modern style and very competitive. Its name comes from ancestry, as the parent house of the current winery was known as “La casa de Martís”, an old farmhouse. Made with 100% Albariño grape variety, destemmed, cold pressed, controlled fermentation between 18º and 20ºC. Alcohol content: Serving temperature: 8-10ºC.
