Mauro Vendimia Seleccionada is only produced when the vintage allows it, selecting production from vineyards chosen for their concentration and maturity.
The grapes come from vineyards in the areas of Tudela de Duero and Santibáñez de Valcorba. The wine is bottled unfiltered, after aging for 30 months.
