The Rosé Wine Lar de Maía 8º is a wine from Tierra de Castilla y León, with 100% Tempranillo grape variety. Initial manual selection in the vineyard and second selection in the winery. It is destemmed and, after obtaining the must, fermented at controlled temperature in order to preserve greater aromatic richness.

Aging: carried out with its own lees for the necessary time in stainless steel tanks using the bâtonnage technique periodically, providing silkiness to the wine. Finally, light filtration is carried out before bottling.
