Valle del Botijas

The Red Wine Valle del Botijas from Valle del Botijas Winery, composed of 4 grape varieties. DESCRIPTION Harvest in October 2014, from our vineyards in Valtiendas and Roa, with a blend of Tempranillo, Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, with aging in French oak barrels for 4 months we achieve our Valle del Botijas 4 months. Alcoholic fermentation with maceration on the skins for 17 days, followed by malolactic fermentation for 25 days. Indigenous yeasts obtained through the harvest from each vineyard. Aging in French oak Bordeaux barrels with medium toast for 4 months. GASTRONOMY A wine to enjoy at around 11 degrees temperature, combining perfectly with infinite possibilities. Serve at 11-12ºC.
