The grapes that give life to this wine come from old vines over 60 years old, located in the areas of Aldehornos, Montejo and Baños de Valdearados, a privileged zone of this denomination.

The harvest of these grapes is carried out manually, ensuring the selection of the best clusters. Subsequently, Honoris de Valdubón ferments in French oak vats, followed by aging in new 225-liter French oak barrels. After this phase, the wine rests in bottle to develop its robust and well-structured character. This detailed process, respectful of the grape, allows the creation of a red wine that stands out for its power and body, without losing the elegance and structure that characterizes the best wines of Ribera del Duero.
