The Red Wine Habla del Silencio Magnum from Bodegas Habla presents this red wine from the V.T. Extremadura denomination, crafted from Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo grape varieties, with 6 months aging in French oak barrels. The viticulture of these own vineyards is carried out ecologically and sustainably, with meticulous vineyard care being paramount. The combination of artisan fieldwork with scientific research allows for the production of wines of excellent quality. This wine is highly appreciated by the general public thanks to its good quality-price ratio, and was also chosen by the Spanish Association of Wine Journalists and Writers (AEPEV) as “Best Wine of Spain” in 2014 and among the best red wines of Spain for several consecutive years (from 2015 to 2017).

It is recommended to serve this wine at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bodegas Habla (Trujillo, Extremadura) owns 200 hectares of difficult land, slate terrain that is infertile and demanding, but knows how to care for the vine. A land that forces the best from each vine and endows grape varieties with strong personality to produce unique wines. In the middle of these two hundred hectares of land that the Greeks cultivated in antiquity, stands the building that houses the winery, one of the most advanced in Spain: its research work encompasses all areas and processes related to viticulture and enology. They seek the best advisors in each field and the latest available techniques. Some enological studies carried out by Bodegas Habla have been conducted in collaboration with important Spanish and international institutes, such as the Universities of Zaragoza, Bordeaux and Berkeley, the E.N.S.A. of Montpellier and the E.T.S.I.A. of Madrid. V.T. Extremadura – Vinos de la Tierra de Extremadura is a protected geographical indication used to designate wines made with grapes produced in the wine-growing areas of the autonomous community of Extremadura, one of Spain’s first wine-producing regions. Extremadura wines are clean, with frank aromas, balanced on the palate and very varietal, enjoying an excellent worldwide reputation, as demonstrated by numerous national and international awards.
