Son D Sol

Bodegas Marisol Rubio presents the White Wine Son D Sol, originating from the land of Castilla (Spain) made from the Pedro Ximénez grape variety. White Wine Son D Sol is fermented in concrete tanks located in Villanueva De Alcardete, Toledo. The vineyard soil contains calcium, which helps protect the grapes from biotic factors. During the 2020 harvest, the fruit successfully overcame significant weather adversities. This wine was bottled in the first week of June 2021. White Wine Son D Sol is perfect to drink with snacks, crudités with mayonnaise, young cheeses, sushi, salads or vegetable wok. It can be consumed between 5º – 7ºC. Bodegas Marisol Rubio: Their vineyards have more than 20 hectares at an altitude of 837 meters. The harshness of the terrain, suitable only for crops as robust as the vine, and the extraordinary thermal contrast between winter and summer, and between night and day, gives Bodegas Marisol Rubio a characteristic acidity and a naturally low pH for their grapes, so that they obtain full phenolic maturity without exploiting the alcohol degree, which even in the hottest years does not exceed 14 degrees.
