The Continental Atlantic climate of the region, with cold winters and hot summers, along with moderate rainfall, creates the perfect environment for cultivating Tinta de Toro. These conditions allow obtaining high-quality grapes, essential for producing an exceptional wine.

The production process of Red Wine Camparrón Selección begins with careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard.

Fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature of 24°C for 10 days, with continuous pump-overs to extract maximum flavor and color. Subsequently, the wine spends 4 months in American oak barrels, where it also undergoes malolactic fermentation, adding smoothness and complexity to the wine. Before reaching the market, the wine is refined for 3 months in bottle, thus ensuring its perfect maturation and balance. Finally, it undergoes light filtration and bottling to preserve its purity and quality. The result is an elegant and well-structured red wine, with notes of ripe fruit and a subtle touch of wood.
