Alcoholic fermentation takes place for 10 days at a controlled temperature, ensuring the preservation of fruity characteristics and wine balance. Subsequently, malolactic fermentation is carried out in concrete tanks, which provides a smooth texture and roundness to the wine. The combination of Tempranillo and Garnacha gives it a rich palette of flavors, with notes of ripe red fruits, spiced touches and a subtle woody background.
