A second fermentation in barrel, which provides body, structure and subtle wood notes. 5 months aging in barrel, followed by a final blending in stainless steel tanks to balance its profile. “La (Des)Equilibrada” (The (Un)Balanced), as this wine is called, is a reflection of ingenuity and spontaneity.
