The harvest is carried out at night, protecting the freshness and aromatic compounds of the grape. The elaboration of Viña Oropéndola White Wine includes cold maceration with the skins, gentle pressing, and settling in tank to ensure the purity of the must. Subsequently, the wine undergoes aging on its fine lees for 3 to 4 months, providing body, richness and silky texture without losing the varietal freshness of Verdejo.
