Malolactic fermentation is carried out in a controlled manner, followed by aging in French oak barrels (30%) and American oak (70%), combining new barrels and second-year barrels to achieve a perfect balance between fruit and wood. The result is an elegant wine, with notes of ripe black fruits, spices, balsamic touches and a long, persistent finish.
