Aging: This Red Wine Finca Valdelagua has an aging of 12 months in new oak barrels. Production: To make this red wine, the best clusters of the varieties were selected in the vineyard, ensuring they were harvested during the coolest hours of the day. Once in the winery, they carry out the controlled fermentation process at temperatures between 25 to 28 degrees and subsequently a maceration for 16 days.
