Alagú Forcallat

The Red Wine Alagú Forcallat from D.O. Alicante is made with 100% Forcallat grapes from 35-year-old vineyards grown on sandy loam soil with limestone stones. This wine undergoes alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. It also undergoes malolactic fermentation in used barrels, followed by aging in barrels. This wine originates from Bodega Casa Corredor of MG Wines Group, a winery founded with the idea of creating high-quality Castilla de la Mancha wines with the distinctive factor of combining tradition with innovation, which is the key to their wine’s success. In addition to the great care taken in the vineyards, it has become one of the best wineries in Castilla La Mancha. During the production process, French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks are combined. Furthermore, for the aging and maturation process, this winery uses French and American oak barrels.
