The Red Wine Azabache Crianza Vendimia Seleccionada from Bodega Fincas de Azabache presents us with this D.O. Rioja wine created from grape varieties 70% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha, 10% Mazuelo.
The grape harvest takes place in the second half of September and the first half of October, when the grapes have reached optimal phenolic ripeness. For the production of this wine, a selection of grapes is made, coming from the plots with the best quality. Fermentation carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature between 25-28°C. Automatic control of pump-overs for the extraction of aromatic and color compounds.
