The Red Wine Digma Graciano Reserva comes from the Vineyards and Bodegas Castillo de Sajazarra, with a Denominación de Origen Calificada Rioja. Being a monovarietal of Graciano grape, it highlights the nuances that this grape brings to the red wine. The Red Wine Digma Graciano Reserva is crafted only in exceptional years from the best of the winery’s estates. Being a long-cycle variety and with the estate located at considerable altitude and latitude, we have to reduce production to less than 5,000 kilos per hectare to ensure perfect grape ripening. It undergoes malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels, where it remains for a total of about 18 months.
Recommended serving temperature is between 16°C and 18°C.
