Estela de Arrayán is a wine from the Denominación de Origen Méntrida made with Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot varieties. It has been aged for 17 months in new French oak barrels. This wine has been made after pressing the tanks destined for Arrayán Premium. Estela De Arrayán is a Spanish red wine produced at the Arrayán winery, located in the Toledo region. This wine stands out for its elegance and complexity, being an exponent of the quality that characterizes the wines of this winery. For the production of Estela De Arrayán, Tempranillo grapes are used, one of the most emblematic varieties of Spain.
The vineyards are located at an altitude of 700 meters above sea level, which allows obtaining grapes of great quality and aromatic concentration.
The winemaking process of Estela De Arrayán is carried out carefully, with prolonged maceration and aging in French oak barrels for 12 months. This gives the wine a firm and elegant structure, with notes of black fruits, spices and toasted notes from the wood. This wine is ideal for pairing with red meats, aged cheeses and game dishes.
