Red Wine Juan Gil Etiqueta Plata from Denomination of Origin: D.O. Jumilla, made with Monastrell grapes from vineyards over 40 years old. The grapes for Juan Gil Etiqueta Plata Red Wine are planted in shallow surface soil covered with a bed of stone and limestone. The vinification of Juan Gil Etiqueta Plata Red Wine takes place in stainless steel tanks for 15 days at a maximum temperature of 25ºC, followed by malolactic fermentation, and finally aging for 12 months in barrels. Serve this wine at a temperature between 14º and 16ºC. For proper conservation, the cork must remain moist, so the bottle should be stored horizontally.
