Leyenda de NOC

The Leyenda de NOC wine is the result of the meticulous selection of the best grapes from Bodegas NOC vineyards. For the production of this legendary wine, manual harvesting is carried out, selecting the best bunches from the winery’s own vineyards, located in Los Yébenes with an area of 4.8ha of Tempranillo grapes, 1.8ha of Petit Verdot grapes and 4.8ha of Syrah grapes with gravel and clay soils at an altitude of 850m above sea level with a 25% slope and yields of 7,000kg per hectare. The fermentation of the varieties is carried out separately in small stainless steel tanks, with manual punch-downs. Manual pressing in a vertical press and malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels, where Leyenda de NOC wine continues its aging for 24 months. Only 3,000 bottles of this wine are produced.
