A delicate maceration is carried out to extract only the best: color, aroma and soft tannins. The racking is decided by tasting, at the precise moment that defines the style and personality of the wine. The pressing is done at low pressure, to preserve the freshness and quality of each variety. Finally, the different grapes are blended before filtering and bottling, creating a harmonious, expressive and authentic wine.
