Part of the I.G.P. Vino de la Tierra de Castilla. Variety: Tempranillo. Its production involves an alcoholic fermentation process of 11 days in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature of 25ºC. Post-fermentative maceration for 8 days and aging in French and American oak barrels for 9 months.
Serve this wine at a temperature between 15º and 17º.
