Pata Negra Valdepeñas Reserva

Garcia Carrión presents us with the Red Wine Pata Negra Valdepeñas Reserva from the Denominación de Origen Valdepeñas (Spain), crafted from 100% Tempranillo grape varieties. Pata Negra Rioja Reserva is made from a selection of the finest grapes, fermented in contact with their skins for approximately 20 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28ºC. We then perform malolactic fermentation and subsequently rack and age the wine for 30 months in American and French oak barrels, finally resting in our bottle racks to refine its unmistakable characteristics.
