Perica Viña Olagosa Gran Reserva

It belongs to Perica winery and has a Rioja designation of origin. It is made from three grape varieties; Tempranillo (90%), Garnacha (5%) and Mazuelo (5%). First, the harvest is carried out manually in boxes, the grapes are selected using conveyor belts and the most innovative systems. Next, alcoholic fermentation takes place in French Oak vats where malolactic fermentation will also be carried out. Finally, aging is carried out in Bordeaux barrels for 28-30 months, combining new French Oak and Eastern Oak barrels, then bottle aging for at least 36 months before market release. It has an alcohol content of 13.5%. It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 18ºC.
