This wine belongs to Barbadillo vineyards and wineries and has a Protected Geographical Indication Vinos de Tierra de Cádiz. It is composed of Tempranillo, Syrah, Tintilla de Rota and Petit Verdot grapes. Quadis, ancient name for Cádiz, gives its name to a red wine as Andalusian as the land where it was born. We thus honor one of the most important historical enclaves in a wine with the same name and grandeur. Made from Tempranillo, Petit Verdot, Syrah and Tintilla de Rota, it seduces with its dark red and ruby color and intoxicates with aromas of toasted wood, vanilla and black fruits.
On the palate it captivates with its smooth and silky entry with long persistence. At Bodegas Barbadillo we have been pioneers in red wine production in southern Spain. Recovering an almost extinct native variety, Tintilla de Rota, Barbadillo has invested all its effort, know-how and passion in demonstrating that Andalusian red wines have much to say. Quadis, made from 4 red grape varieties, with the characteristic touch of our albariza soil, is a wine that is smooth yet persistent and will not leave you indifferent. It has an alcohol content of 14.5%.
Recommended serving temperature between 16°C and 18°C.
