From vineyards cultivated on limestone, sandy loam soils with basic pH, featuring a high concentration of lithium ions. This wine is produced at Pago Casa del Blanco, a winery in Manzanares (Ciudad Real) that in just 20 years has achieved the Vino de Pago denomination thanks to research and study of the different microclimates where they cultivate their various grape varieties. The wine ferments for 9 days at 25°C in stainless steel tanks. It continues with the maceration process for 10 days. Subsequently, it ages for 12 months in French and American oak barrels.
Serve this wine at a temperature between 14° and 16°C.
