San Cobate

From Bodegas San Cobate, belongs to the D.O. Ribera del Duero and is made with 100% Tinto Fino grape variety. San Cobate is an estate located in the municipality of Gumiel de Mercado with unique characteristics due to the arrangement of its 80 hectares of vineyard settled on soils of wide and diverse pedological peculiarity, surrounded by scrubland, holm oaks and aromatic plants at an altitude ranging from 830 meters to 900 meters. The project aims to produce wines that respect to the maximum the personality imprinted by our diverse soils, the climatology of each vintage and the character of the Tempranillo variety, and based on that premise identify the different plots that, due to the uniqueness of their soils and exposure, allow us to produce wines from each of them.
