The Ramon Bilbao Magnum Rosé Wine from Bodegas Ramón Bilbao presents us with this D.O. Rueda (Spain) wine, created from 100% Garnacha Tinta grape varieties. Bled at low temperature and in contact with dry ice. Maceration for 3-4 hours and traditional bleeding. Alcoholic fermentation of the clean must, varying the temperature with the objective of achieving the primary aromas of the grape.
The harvest takes place during the night to take advantage of the nocturnal cold and low temperatures that prevent grape oxidation and maintain the must. In the winery, the grapes are placed to macerate for four hours. The obtained must is transferred to stainless steel tanks and after settling, fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature of 14°C.
