Bodegas Chivite presents us with the Rosé Wine Chivite Las Fincas, a wine of complex elaboration that is a clear example of the precision required in crafting a quality rosé. The objective is to obtain a rosé in subtle balance between structure and finesse, fresh and with a very complex nose dominated by discrete and elegant red fruit and hints of white fruit, florals and a delicate appearance due to its low color intensity, although this particularity is a consequence, never the main goal. Behind this singular wine lies a careful elaboration process: it comes from the selection of Garnacha Tinta and Tempranillo vineyards from Finca Legardeta or from northern Navarra under the influence of the Atlantic-continental climate. Chivite Family Estates is a winery that, founded in 1647, is one of the dynasties with the greatest history in Spain. Eleven generations of Chivites have passed down the torch of winemaking tradition. During this time, the Chivite house has grown, adapted to new market and consumer demands, and created a brand that today is synonymous with maturity, elegance and know-how. The excellent vine cultivation takes place mainly in the renowned Finca Legardeta, located 40 km from Pamplona, right where Atlantic and Continental climates converge. Currently, the estate occupies 103 ha of vineyard, which, perfectly integrated into the ecosystem of native scrubland and woodland, and due to climatic conditions, results in a slow and complete ripening of the grapes that configure the profile of the Chivite product range with quality, freshness and elegance.
