This wine with D.O. Uclés is produced by Fontana winery, a family winery with more than thirty years of experience and tradition in the wine sector. Their production is focused on wines, always with oak barrel aging, with Tempranillo as the base and the contribution of other varietals (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah). It is a wine made with Tempranillo grape varieties 80% and Syrah grape variety 20%.

The aging of this wine is carried out in American oak barrels for 4 months, to subsequently be bottled. The ideal serving temperature for this wine is between 17 and 18ºC.
