The Red Wine Viña Mayor Roble is made with 100% Tempranillo and belongs to the D.O. Ribera del Duero. This wine is produced by the winery, Bodegas y Viñedos Viña Mayor. Hand-harvested grapes. Transported to the winery in 300kg boxes. Gentle destemming. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with automatically controlled temperature and pumping over frequency. It has an aging of 3 months in American oak barrels of 225 liters, and another 3 months in bottle before going to market.
Serve this wine at a temperature between 14º and 16º.
