Adaras Kaliro red wine is a natural wine without sulfites, which also has vegan wine and organic wine certification. It’s a wine made with Garnacha Tintorera grape variety in D.O. Almansa. Adaras Kalizo Sulfite-Free, Vegan and Organic red wine is produced by Bodegas y Viñedos Venta La Vega, a winery belonging to MG Wines Group, which under the motto Slow Enology is producing wines in Almansa in a completely natural way and with maximum respect for the land in vine cultivation. The entire process is supervised by winemakers Raúl Pérez, named Best Winemaker in the World and one of the great references in the Spanish and international wine scene, and José Ángel Marchante. Adaras Kalizo Sulfite-Free, Vegan and Organic wine is a young wine without barrel aging where the goal is to obtain the maximum expression of the native Garnacha Tintorera from the Almansa area. The wine is made naturally without adding sulfites, making it optimal for consumption by those allergic to sulfites and also for vegans as no animal components are used in its clarification, and for consumers of organic products, since throughout the vineyard care and winemaking process, strict procedures are followed to obtain the European Organic Wine certification.
