Part of the D.O. Ribera del Duero. The grape variety used is tinto fino (tempranillo).
Aged 3 months in barrels, with a maceration time of 20 days. Its production includes a fermentation process carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 20 – 26ºC. This wine, when stored in good conditions, will maintain its potential for the next 3 – 5 years.
Serve this wine at a temperature between 14-16°C. Alcohol content of the Celeste Roble red wine: 13.5 degrees.
