Elaborated through whole cluster treading in small tanks.
Aging takes place for 8 months in 300 and 500-liter capacity barrels.
Made through whole cluster treading in small tanks. Subsequently cold macerates for two days, is pressed and ferments spontaneously with native yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
