This wine from Tierra de Castilla y León is made 100% with the unique and indigenous albarín blanco variety and has aging on lees for 4 months in stainless steel tanks. It is a dry white wine with intense flavor and a very long finish with a smooth mouthfeel.
Ideal to pair with fish, seafood, cured meats and cheeses, especially goat cheese.
Recommended serving temperature between 7°C and 10°C.
