Olagosa Barrel Fermented White Wine: belongs to Perica winery and has Rioja denomination of origin. It is made from two grape varieties: Viura (95%) and Malvasía (5%). Regarding its production process, after cold macerating the grape skins with the must for approximately 24 hours, it ferments in new French oak barrels. Once barrel fermentation is complete, it will remain in contact with its lees for three months before being bottled. It has an alcohol content of 13%.
Recommended serving temperature: 8°C to 9°C.
