This wine is a clear example of the excellence and winemaking tradition of the Rueda region. Average Age: 15 years Average Altitude: 750 meters Climate: Mediterranean with continental influence Average Planting Density: 2,976 vines/ha Yield: 9,000 kg/ha Type of Plantation: Trellis The harvest is carried out mechanically during the night, in September, to preserve the freshness and aromas of the grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 14 and 16°C, for a period of 12 to 16 days. The White Wine Palacio de Bornos Verdejo stands out for its freshness, liveliness and balance. Its aromatic profile is marked by notes of tropical fruits, citrus and a herbaceous touch characteristic of the Verdejo variety.
