This wine has recently been awarded the Gold Medal at the International Garnachas del Mundo Prize, which took place on February 5th in Zaragoza (Spain). This wine belongs to Toribio winery and holds the Ribera del Guadiana designation of origin, with the vineyard located in the Matanegra region. It is a young white wine made from red grapes, crafted from the Garnacha Tinta grape variety. Regarding the winemaking process, first the harvest is carried out manually, followed by controlled fermentation at 17°C. Finally, it undergoes 3 months of aging in barrel. It has an alcohol content of 14%.
