Vitarán Blanco Cepas Viejas is a white wine made with grapes from Viura and Malvasía varieties from the century-old vines of Finca Vitarán, manually harvested in small capacity boxes.
Pre-fermentation maceration takes place cold at a controlled temperature of 6 to 8°C. Alcoholic fermentation in new Hungarian oak barrels.
Aging in barrel on its fine lees for 4 to 6 months. Denomination of Origin: Rioja Variety: Viura and Malvasía Aging: Fermented in Barrel. Bodegas Castillo de Mendoza Bottle: 0.75 L. Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.
