The red wine Alta Pavina Selecto 2006 is made with 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Tempranillo. It belongs to the Vinos de la Tierra de Castilla y León. Its winemaker is Isaac Fernández.
The vineyards are located in the Finca Pago de la Pavina estate, covering 12 hectares, belonging to the Valladolid locality of La Parrilla. At about 900 meters altitude above sea level. This wine has an aging of 14 months in French oak barrels and 12 months in bottle.
Serve this wine at a temperature between 14º and 16º, it is recommended to decant before serving.
